At Feynman Digital Consulting we take privacy seriously. This policy explains how we process the personal data you provide through www.feynmandigital.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data do we process and how do we obtain it?
We process the data you provide voluntarily through the website forms or when you contact us by email. In general:
- Identification and contact data: name, email address and any information you include in your message.
- Browsing data: technical information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see the Cookies Policy).
We do not collect special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR). Please do not provide us with this type of information.
3. For what purpose do we process your data?
- To respond to your enquiries and requests for information sent through the contact form or by email.
- To manage the relationship with clients and potential clients, and to prepare the quotes or proposals requested.
- If you give us your consent, to send you communications about our services and content.
- To analyse the use of the website in order to improve it (in aggregate form and, where applicable, subject to cookie consent).
4. Legal basis
- Consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): when submitting a form, agreeing to receive communications or consenting to the use of non-essential cookies.
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): to handle requests and provide the contracted services.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): to ensure the security of the site and to respond to the communications you send us.
5. How long do we keep your data?
We will keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, for the periods legally required to address any potential liabilities. Data processed on the basis of your consent will be kept until you withdraw it. When it is no longer necessary, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures.
6. Who do we share your data with?
We do not share your data with third parties except by legal obligation. To provide our services we rely on the following providers, which act as data processors and comply with the GDPR:
- Web hosting: Raiola Networks, S.L. (Spain, European Union), which hosts the site and the data submitted through the forms.
- Web analytics: Matomo Analytics, installed on our own server. The statistical data is hosted on our own infrastructure, with IP address anonymisation, and is not shared with third parties.
7. International transfers
Your data is hosted on servers located in the European Union (Raiola Networks) and analytics is managed on our own infrastructure. As a general rule, no international data transfers are made outside the European Economic Area. If in the future a provider involving such transfers were incorporated, they would be carried out with the appropriate safeguards set out in the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).
8. What are your rights?
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access: to know what data of yours we process.
- Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: to request that we delete your data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Objection: to object to a particular processing.
- Restriction: to request that we restrict processing in the cases provided for.
- Portability: to receive your data in a structured format or to have us transmit it to another controller.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to its withdrawal.
9. How to exercise your rights and complain

If you believe we have not properly handled your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid – www.aepd.es.
10. Data security
We apply the appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, taking into account the state of the art and the nature of the data.
11. Minors
The services and forms of the website are aimed at people over 14 years of age. If you are under that age, you must not provide us with personal data without the consent of your parents or guardians.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to adapt it to legislative developments or changes in our processing activities. We recommend that you review it periodically.
